Gachiakuta chapter 132, “The Doll Festival,” begins the Doll Festival Arc. Rudo and the Cleaners arrive in Andio and enter the huge festival, where everyone is dressed in costumes. Their main mission is to search the crowd for the mysterious “white crow,” which may lead them to the Choker Maker. August and Eishia head off to explore the festival, while Rudo, Enjin, Riyo, and Zanka continue their investigation. Rudo also learns that the main festival is held at the summit of Shumina, where the Giver Show will take place. Meanwhile, Zanka notices his brother Goka at the festival. Kyouka contacts Goka through a Choker and tells him that their target is planning something major at the festival. Goka responds that he will handle it, setting up another mystery alongside Rudo’s search for the white crow.
